About Escape Bradenton - Man vs. Room

Escape Bradenton describes itself as a "video game come to life." Players are locked in a room with only their wits and surroundings to "save" them. They have to work together as a team, solving puzzles and finding clues that will eventually lead them to freedom. But unlike a video game, there's a 60-minute time limit and no starting over.

  • Inheritance: A mysterious letter from a missing archeology professor sends players back through time to battle wits with some of history's greatest thinkers. To win, they'll have to defeat puzzles thought up by the likes of Tesla, Da Vinci, and Dante. (Difficulty: 3/5)

  • Blitzkrieg: Players join an Allied commando team in World War II to pull off one of the greatest heists in history. They must make it through a labyrinth booby-trapped bunker to retrieve a mystical artifact or the fate of Europe could fall to the Nazi regime. (Difficulty: 3/5)

  • Crucifixus: For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction, and nowhere is that more true than this room-escape game. This eerie option is cunning and sly, and every decision made will alter the course of the game, and ultimately, the team's chances for getting out. (Difficulty: 4/5)

This is a hidden gem in the escape room industry!!! What a great run place. Friendly, clean and yes very well thought out and HARD!

They stopped the game on us. They were not very clear on game rules. There was an employee in the room with us acting as a character in the game. There was one area of the game we REPEATEDLY went to during the first half of game. Once we started to figure out more clues we returned to this area because it seemed to be a big component of the game. The worker (IN HIS CHARACTER VOICE) said that wasn't part of the game. All 6 of us figured it was part of the game BECAUSE nothing was said the first dozen times we were at that area. The man NEVER broke character and continued to speak in his "creepy" voice. Then he said the game will end if we go near that area again. We left that area and next thing we knew the lights were on and we were being kicked out. It was never explained to us that someone else would be in room, we assumed that was part of the game. We tried to explain that we left that area as the character requested and it was confusion and misunderstanding. This was evident by us being on the other side of room when they stopped the game. We were treated like delinquent juveniles all over a simple and HARMLESS misunderstanding. They were extremely rude and refused to consider how we may have misinterpreted the character's words and intentions. I have no desire to go back to this establishment again, they are very unprofessional. Hope they enjoyed the money.

We had such a great time .. and the owners are wonderful people. If you're in the Bradenton area, you should definitely check this out!
