Nicole is a well trained professional. This was not the usual run of the mill massage. She is trained also as a yoga teacher, and there was a calm spiritual quality to the environment. My comfort was considered and the massage was designed for my body, not just the same massage for everyone. I loved that she began the massage with some breathing and relaxation techniques, to help me get into the mood and be better able to enjoy the experience. Nicole used special massage techniques that i could tell she was well trained in and made this a very excellent massage. I would definitely recommend Inner balance to a friend, and already told people in my yoga class about her today.

Relaxing & pressure points loosened up my tight spots.

Great massage! Nicole was very in tune to where to focus. Location is not prime though.
