The guys there were perfectly pleasant, I'm sure they are great guys outside of work. However, my oil change took an hour and 15 minutes, and they were unable to do my tire rotation. In addition, I was taxed and charged an extra fee for this service, totaling an extra $7.80. I'm sure they will respond claiming it is "out of their hands", but in the roughly 15 to 20 oil changes I have purchased at other auto locations, this has NEVER happened. In addition, the tax was $3.80, which doesn't seem possible unless I was taxed on the full, non discounted price. Given that there are probably 6 to 7 other locations on Groupon alone within 15 minutes that WONT charge extra and will take half the time, I would avoid.
