Dr. E is terrific! She really helped me to finally start this challenge to lose about 30 lbs. I have been in the program for about a month and I have lost 12 lbs so far. It takes some diligence with using the tools ex. Apps for calorie counting and nutritional guidelines she recommends along with sone counseling but her program really works! I am so excited that She helped me be more accountable!
