About Kids and Fitness
Teri Sibal is kind of a kid at heart, traveling and playing in the great outdoors in her spare time. But her main passion is teaching children about exercise, nutrition, and wellness as an instructor at Kids & Fitness. There, she and her team of dynamic staffers lead students ages 5-15 down the path of healthier lifestyles, pairing kid-friendly exercise classes with nutritional programs that stress the importance of healthy eating. Adults, teens, and families also get in on the act, shedding pounds and building confidence in a friendly, non-competitive environment.
