Arrived 10 minutes prior our appointment time.
Staff was friendly.
Massage started 10 minutes after scheduled time and ended 10 minutes earlier.
Massage was good, but staff didn't knock before entering.
Room was next to laundry room, we could hear it as well as other staff talking in the hallway.
Would return but better soundproofing would be necessary.
No wine or champagne offered as advertised.

i paid for a 90 minute massage with a glass of wine or champagne for my partner and it. we didn’t get any wine and the massages were paused often and cut short in general we only got just under an hour of massaging :( just not what i paid for/expected so im just a bit disappointed honestly

On the day of the massage I woke up with a severe allergic reaction and needed to urgently change my appointment.
She wanted to charge me for rescheduling and was not flexible or helpful. Just a heads up if you have an issue you will not be helped. My voucher was marked as used even though I did not receive the service.
