My personal experience here was horrible. The owner was rude and disgusting. Customer service skills on 0%. If i could've gotten a refund i would've left. Anf never looked back. I rescheduled my time which she advised was ok. During the massage i received a text message stated my time would be cut short. Which was never explained at check in. Fool me once.. NEVER again

I have been to this location several times, however this time I was not happy with the results of my gel manicure and pedicure. The technician was very nice, I even went out and returned to give her an extra tip. In less than a week, my gel manicure was pretty much over; the polish rose/bubbled and came right off in one piece, the entire nail shape, many began to raise and some chipped. I've done gel mani's many times, but this hasn't happened. I contacted the salon to discuss my discontent and to request if I an borrow polish and fix my nails because gel manicures last minimum of 2 weeks, but lasted me 3-4 weeks. The manager put me on hold several times, giving me some excuse of how long gel manicures last, then went to speak to the tech, the phone hung up and she didn't even bother returning the call. I was upset because she wasn't much help, she kept putting me on hold and then just hung up and didn't call me back. I'm disappointed this time, I kind of expected better customer service.
