I would not recommend them at all. How many times have you had your teeth cleaned and it STARTED with them polishing/brushing your teeth? Well that is what happened here. X-rays (with what looked like a janky old x-ray machine) and then the assistant "polished" my teeth. Then the dentist looked at them, scraped them for a whopping 5 min and sent me on my way. The dentist was perfectly pleasant, but this was not a proper cleaning and exam. But why I am truly furious is that they charged me $75 missed appointment charge before I ever signed any form agreeing to this. I explained that the zipcar we rented to get there was not there, though we had reserved it. We told them we could provide a statement from zipcar but no go. Making matters worse, THEY cancelled on ME for the rescheduled appt. with less than an hour or so notice! They called me during work and asked me to drop everything to accommodate the dentist's schedule! On a workday. Of course I could not just drop everything; they asked me to be there in 30 min. So they cost me the price of the zipcar by cancelling on me with NO notice and then still made ME pay a missed appointment fee. This groupon ended up costing me a fortune! More than twice what I paid for it! They should have waived the late/missed appt fee when they cancelled on me! But they still charged me and would not even see me until I paid the fee! It cost me the price of TWO zipcar rentals on top of that. I am so angry--and basically for x-rays and to have my teeth brushed! The injustice of the late fee when they canceled on me at the very last minute is infuriating. Do not purchase this groupon!

This place is fabulous.

Receptionist Norma was rude and would not take the Groupon because it had expired, even though they still offer the Groupon Deal. Maybe you shouldn't make customers wait 3 months for an appointment.

So I know it’s a Groupon and I’m not paying full price but I would expect the same service as this is an introductory to the services provided. My teeth could not have been properly cleaned in less than the 15 minutes spent working on them. My usually dentist (who was booked up for a few months) spends a lot more time and is way more thorough. I will not be back. Reception was dirty
