What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
At Thee Barberette, my motto is "doing. hair. differently." I wanted to create a space where client communication and satisfaction are key. Gone are the days of feeling like your stylist doesn't know you, doesn't listen, and just can't seem to get it right.

What do you love most about your job?
Building a strong client/stylist relationship is my main goal. Communication and understanding are the foundation for getting the hair you desire. I want everyone who sits in my chair to walk out not only feeling like they've got the hair they want, but like they've made a friend.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Clients often tell me that they've never felt understood by a stylist. Taking time to patiently listen to clients needs, issues and desires for their hair, and delivering just what they're looking for, is what keeps my clients coming back.
