About Yoga with Tori

What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? This is a private studio located at The Uptown Wellness Center. Healing is our main focus. Tori will modify poses for all levels. This studio is not intimidating, everybody practices at their own pace. Every class ends in a guided relaxation.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? I keep clients motivated by educating them on the benefits of each pose, teaching them the true essence of yoga.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? My inspiration was my deep passion for yoga and how much our body needs this healing art. My love for healing, and being one with the mind, body, and soul drove me to open my business.

What do you love most about your job? I love teaching and bringing my clients to peace.
