Cherice has been the one to handle me & everything was literally PERFECT. She left the service change Immediately! My appointment was for 2pm I got there at 140 &was left waiting for 40 mins I was then approached &the woman was didn't take me to the back to start my treatment being that she was already late she wanted to sit and go over my payment history. She didn't want 2use goupon. Lost my$
