I hadn't had anyone else cut my hair for many years, so.. my anxiety & nerves? I forgot to breathe, lol! BUT... The atmosphere? Calming & nice. The receptionist, Ashley? Kind & professional. The apprentice, Amelia? A relaxing, & sweet shampoo'r. The stylist, Sedric? Kind, & gentle. He did a great cut & I'm pleased. So... thank you for making my experience a great one. (Yes, I did reschedule) ❤️

My lady seemed annoyed the whole time and was kinda rude. She rushed through my hair cut. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she said I dont fo that and did her own thing. Hair came out ok, but definitely not what I wanted.

Before I could realize I hadn't gotten the deep conditioning treatment that I mentioned multiple times on the phone, my hair was blow dried. My cut looks great though. My manicurist was extremely personable but the end product was worse than your typical service at any strip mall nail salon.
