The Bar Method Southlake voted 'Best of Southlake' 2018, 2019, and 2020, welcomes students of all fitness levels to try the life-changing workout that is The Bar Method. Founded in 2001 as the original barre workout, the method is rooted in physical therapy to be safe and effective. The studio is lead by Co-Owners/Sisters Nicole and Erin along with their team of friendly, highly trained instructors. Modifications can be given to any client. Our classes have limited capacity to ensure safety as well as attention from your Instructor.
