What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
The Yoga Retreat has classes ranging from heated and non heated power vinyasa style classes to Kids yoga.The classes are designed for all levels from beginners to advanced level. Keeping in mind the busy schedule of clients, we have designed our classes to give mental and physical workout.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
The yoga teachers are so passionate that they take the clients to a different level of experience with the breath flow and the physical poses. Clients feel physically challenged enough while they feel peaceful inside.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I have been practicing yoga since childhood. Yoga teaches people patience and gives the strength to deal with all stress in life. I drove 20 miles to practice yoga . One fine day, I decided to quit my job and open my studio so that i can create a yoga community in Southlake.

What do you love most about your job?
The ability to introduce yoga to people, especially kids. When clients come to a class for a try out and then ends up loving the class, I get immense satisfaction. it also gives be flexible hours of work, which allows me to have balance between yoga and family. I am very passionate about yoga.
