Owner was the best! Very flexible and a great attitude. Her commentary throughout was hilarious. She even made the suggestion from the beginning that our group switch rooms from the one we'd initially signed up for. She thought we'd be more challenged. She was right. We didn't technically escape on our own...but she walked us through it until we did. You cannot go and leave without having fun with her! The game, however, wasn't the most professionally-put-together room I've been to. Room was for a group (and we had 6 people)...but you couldn't really work on more than one puzzle element at a time. So, you were often left standing while others were working. For Spartanburg, it's a decent fun night out!

We did race room!!.. Awesome room--- puzzles were challenging and everything worked!!.. very pleased with our experience-- I accidentally booked the wrong day and the owner worked with us!!..
