Badass Backyard Brewing, Spokane Valley

It should be no surprise that Badass Backyard Brewing started as a half-barrel home-brew operation in the backyard. What's surprising is how quickly it's grown. Brewers Charlene Honcik and Kendra Wiiest now brew a half-dozen flagship beers plus many more rotating small-batch specialties, all of which guests can sample in the brewery's taproom. Of the facility's 20 taps, most feature Badass originals such as the Big Air black stout and the Daring Diva raspberry wheat, while a handful of others showcase gluten-free options and cider.
