If you think your skills at some of the most popular video games are good, then the all-day Best Video Gamer tournaments are a key way to challenge yourself. Two hundred fifty-six entrants show up, but only one can take home championship glory. And you'll have to be at your best at all times; the tournament is single elimination, so one mess-up can send you home. Games cover a range of skills, from the sporting expertise of Madden to the war games of Call of Duty to the hand-to-hand combat of Mortal Kombat. The winner takes home $500, and the runner-up pulls in $200.
