Gold's Gym, Spokane

I've been to a few gyms around Spokane and none have the atmosphere of gold's, here you can grunt use chalk and bang heavy weights all while not feeling like your being judged for actually being stronger than the masses. That alone makes it well worth it, plus the staff are all great and helpful without always telling you that's not allowed like every other gym tells you, nothing wrong with not wanting that type of atmosphere but for the few that want a place that they can be strong and not judged this gym is it.

Good deal for price but the small size will make you fit for space.
