This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. First off you drive up to this completely empty/creepy/abandoned looking lot also they were ten mins late opening. I called and made an apt and they promised to have it done by a certain time. Ended up leaving a full 1hr later than he promised. Then there was spray back on my windshield/windows and dog hair still inside after an ex $40 charge
