My husband went there to get a hair cut. they totally ignored him for a while and then we he asked about a hair cut they told him he had to come back in an hour...he said there was no customers in the shop at the time.

The prices are pretty outrageous compared to a regular barber shop. "Shave and a haircut, 2 bits" does not apply here.
