When I went to this location to go on the ghost tour, nobody was at the location. Nobody answered the phone. Nobody called me back. Trying to get a refund for this that I never got to use still to this date. Nobody has ever called me back and it’s 2025 already

The tour people did not show. I can not get my money back from the Ghost tour or Groupon. What a scam. Do NOT buy ticket through Groupon. They will Ghost you!

I paid $39 / person for 4 people to take the Ghost tour in Old Town Spring through Groupon. No one met us at the meeting place. Now no one will call me back. What a SCAM! Do NOT use Groupon to buy a Ghost tour!! We walked around and found we could sign up for another tour. I was not the only one who was stood up on Sat night. I wish someone from the Tour or Groupon would contact me. Now I've been ghosted.
