Great job with service at the counter and keeping the pizza, etc coming at the buffet. The only suggestion I would have is to clear the tables more often rather than waiting until a family is finished to clear it. My 3 boys had quite a pile of small plates stacked in front of them by the time they were done going back to the pizza buffet. Thanks!
