Kneading Massage Today, Spring

My wife bought this for me as a Christmas present and gave it to me two weeks early. I tried to call and schedule right away. When I called to schedule the massage I got a voicemail greeting. Waited two days, and no callback. Tried calling again, and still no callback. When they did call back after Christmas and I mentioned that I wasn't happy with how long it was taking them to respond, the husband of the woman got on the phone and said that there had been a death in the family. I scheduled the appointment and when I went, it was not easy to find where they were in the building, as their signage was all but nil. The quality of the massage was not good either. I am someone who prefers deep tissue and that doesn't seem to be her forte. Anyway, not impressed and don't recommend them to anyone.
