It's the owner, Toni, who makes it so special. She cares so much for all 75 of her beautiful, amazing horses. We do summer camp, trail rides and birthday parties there. My daughter loves to go there anytime. Sometimes we just stop by to pet the horses and say hi!!

The owner is very nice, but I didn't like the barrel racing instructor wearing a tank top and bikini bottom while she's teaching the kids.

My 12 year old loved it, but she's an experienced rider. I'm not an experienced rider, and I had so much fun too! We're already planning on going back.

Get ready to have some fun! I went on the five hour trail trail ride via Groupon. When I arrived, the instructors took time to match me up with the appropriate horse. Bring water, wear sunscreen, insect repellent, and jeans. Take allergy meds before trip. I'm glad I read the review about waterproofing valuables. I put my cell phone and keys in a sealed plastic zip lock bag. The horses do go into streams and you can get splashed. Better safe than sorry! At lunch time I soaked up the sun at a picnic table, relaxed under the shade with the horses, and cooled off at one of the local restaurants. I appreciated that the instructors took pictures and sent them me. To make the most out of the trip, listen to the instructors. Overall, the 5 hour trail ride was a good experience. Hope my review helps!

From Our Editors

Tucked away on 15 acres of timbered and trailed property, the family-owned, family-oriented Loveland Ranch sprawls before visitors a multitude of horseback-related activities. Guide-accompanied trail rides trot across the property and along Spring Creek, and private and group lessons instruct students in skills such as feeding, tacking, and grooming. During summer months, children's laughter gushes over the property as campers explore, fish, and swim in the creek.
