I purchased the groupon as a birthday gift for my wife. Made the appointment thru the webpage and at time of the appointment they stated that no appointment was made. Luckily I had the email respond from Massage Techniques confirming the appointment. Then they change and offer and extra 30 minutes massage. However when my wife went today they charged her no extra minutes and they would not accept the groupon since it expired 30 day ago. NOT HAPPY..... so they cancel their appointment no refund/no honor their customer gestures customer service

She's great very personable and professional makes you feel at ease as soon as she greets you I was reluctant to get this deal because I had never had a massage, but it was a great choice I'll be back! :)
