I called New Horizons to see if I could extend the expiration date because the Groupon was going to expire the following day. I was told no, I had to use it before it expired. I understand that the facility was not obligated to extend the expiration date, but nevertheless, it was poor customer service. The treatment I was getting prohibited the use of facial products for the previous 1 - 2 weeks.
