This was a truely amazing experience! Doug and John were great. They were very freindly and informative of all aspects of ballooning. I was supporting three other people with mild developmental disabilities. Doug and John were incredibly understanding and able to make this an experience of a liftime! After the flight, Doug took us for wine tasting and brunch at a local winerly. Very fun and

It doesn’t say non refundable I’m the fine print. The merchant will not refund you for this Groupon even if they cancel the ride. They also haven’t been answering the phone or responding to voicemails.

Hot air ballon such a great gift for my 30th birthday also wine tasting was great it was my first time! The pilot was the best he kept you comfortable and entertain!
