I bought a groupon and couldn't make the appt so I was charged a 25$ cancelation fee which if fine, even thought they did not explain to me over the phone. But ON TOP OF THAT, they Redeemed my Groupon without my authorization. I never even showed up yet because of my schedule. Worst experience. Never again.
