Local business owners Lynn and Ignacio Robles started Casa Robles in an effort to provide an authentic Mexican fine dining experience to customers. With Chef Miguel Brito, who has more than 25 years of experience, running the kitchen, and award-winning mixologist Tara Russell behind the bar, the restaurant prepares a variety of Mexican dishes. These include crispy or soft tacos filled with a choice of shredded beef or chicken, carnitas, carne asada, or tinga, and topped with lettuce and cheese, as well as a range of house specials, including enchiladas, empanadas, and tamales. From the bar comes a selection of wines and cocktails, including handcrafted margaritas.
