He tries to push you to do the workout but in all honesty it takes time to get to a point to complete the work out he has planned out when you have not been to the gym in a while. It was extremely difficult and honestly went twice and both times. I felt dizzy, light headed, worn. I just got a gym membership and push myself as much as i could and had better results.

The classes were very good and 15 minutes before each class the instructor demonstrated the exercises that were expected to do. Also, if you had any difficulty doing the exercises the instructor would modify it for you. The classes were 30 minutes long.
