I purchased a Groupon for three micro needling sessions. Amanda had me redeem the Groupon before she would schedule me. I’ve then got Covid and was unable to make the appointment or reschedule before the Groupon expired. I understand the Groupon is expired but per Groupon, the value paid never expires. I have tried to reach her several times via email and text and cannot get a response.

The most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had and the treatments did absolutely nothing. Please do not waste your money.

I am so sorry that you were unhappy with your treatments. unfortunately sometimes for some reason they are ineffective I did inform you that it could have been due to stress from a wedding you were involved in.l did apologize for the inconvenience and i hate that you are unhappy it's very hard.
