Came for my appointment and was told that technician was sent home and no one else was there to work on me. I took the day off because it was my birthday and I wanted to start the day with a nice facial. Was resceduled for 2 days later, facial was just ok technician had lots of social issues that she had no problem telling me about. Very unprofessinal!
