Don't waist your time or money with these folks.

The service went fine. The scheduling of the appointment seemed to go fine but no one came at the scheduled time. I had to call the office and was told that they were running behind. They then asked when I scheduled the appointment (yesterday) and asked for our address. If the tech was running behind, wouldn't they have my address? Someone finally came 2.5 hours later than the scheduled time. The actual service was good but my rating takes into account the fact that they came late and that I don't think they actually had us written down in the schedule.

The company that booked the appointment with me for this said they do not accept groupons, so I was unable to use this.

Don't replace your carpets... this cleaning service makes them like New again. Special light used found cat urine where my carpet looked clean. Gets out unseen spots where orders hid. Highly recommend. Nice and friendly too!
