Emi, was Great! Will be back! I can't give 5 stars because I feel like there is always room for improvement with everything. But great personality sweet lady. Wonderful massage looking forward to the next one. Very comfortable, and relaxing setting. 😌

DRUNK, LATE, SHORTED ON TIME I very much regret purchasing this Groupon for my 23 year old daughter. She couldn't get home for a massage (I am a Licensed Massage Therapist), so I booked her a 60 minute with Emi in Springfield. Being in the trade myself, I am careful to read reviews before booking with sometime I don't know. Emi had mostly 5 star reviews. There was one 1 star one that claimed she was drunk, but I figured since it was just one person saying that, it was unlikely to be true. Needess to say, I was wrong. The massage was booked for 3pm on a Saturday. About 90 minutes before the appointment, Emi called to request they meet at 3:30. That soon became 4. She instructed my daughter to sit in the hallway and wait for her. After 20 minutes of waiting my daughter tried contacting Emi via phone and text with no response. Emi finally arrived at 4:45, and was blatantly drunk. She stumbled down the hall and walked into a wall while greeting my daughter. She said something about meeting up with friends, and had full makeup and glitter on. On top of being intoxicated, Emi was rude and gave a very poor massage. She asked my daughter inappropriate questions and volunteered too much of her own personal info. After 30 minutes she informed my daughter that they had to stop because it was "too late". She then had the audacity to pressure her to buy a package deal of more massages with her. Obviously It's important in any profession shown up sober, but even more so in our line of work. An intoxicated therapist isn't picking up on client's cues and can easily cause injury. Luckily my daughter escaped unscathed (physically, anyway), but she received zero therapeutic value and her shoulders were just as tight during her 40 minute drive home as when she'd arrived. There may very well exist a sober, professional version of Emi who delivers great results, but I suspect that she's only available on weekdays. Weekend Emi is one hot mess and an embarrassment to our shared profession.

She showed up late, talked throughout the massage, argued about not wanting to give me deep pressure mid-massage despite me continuously asking, and initially ended my massage 30 min early until I reminded her I booked an hour massage. The stairwell/ hallway upstairs was a little sketchy to me as a younger female. Other than that, she was very very polite and kind throughout my time there

Definitely will be going again!
