What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We focus on the customer and make sure that everything is in working order before the job is done. We're occasionally on the road and can come to your location if needed but we have a great office space in Springfield. Our prices are also the lowest in the area. Our service is unparalleled.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
A repairman from my time in Peace Corps West Africa fixed my BlackBerry and iPhone 3 times. He was my first inspiration. I like to have fun in my work and since I'm familiar with tech, business, and customer service, I figured I could help other in the community with my passion and skills.

What do you love most about your job?
I get to meet new people everyday and help them solve their tech problems.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
"I wanna give a big thank you to Frank for fixing my iPhone screen. It looks beautiful now
