It's physically and mentally challenging but you work as a group and everyone is so friendly and supportive.Walking in for the first time is definitely intimidating but that feeling goes away pretty quickly. Well worth it.

It was a AWESOME opportunity. They should come out with a groupon that offers unlimited classes for so many weeks. So for people that have already taken the learn to crossfit class can ft some gym time! Or like half off a 6 month membership!!
