The salon was nice and clean. The woman doing my hair (not the owner) did not seem to know what she was doing. She did not do everything that my groupon was supposed to cover, and even then I had to ask her to cut my hair (never did my eyebrows). She did not understand what I was asking for to get my hair cut (rather simple cut) and I had to have it fixed elsewhere a few weeks later.

Groupon was for cut, color and wax. Didn't get offered wax. Coworkers commented that the color wasn't vibrant like previous places.

One of the worst salon experiences I have ever had, half my groupon was not honored, it took forever, my hair was over processed and the foils bled leading to bleach blotches in my hair, my shirt was ruined with toner and bleach and the people were fake and rude. I sent the salon an e-mail and heard nothing in return. AWFUL!
