Relax In Style, Springfield

I suppose I should have been more clear on exactly what I wanted as far as style, extension size, fanning, mapping, etc . I was never asked what shape or style I was even going for except, “Volume set?” Kinda disappointed that this job is considered a full volume set :/ they’re uneven and spacey . One eyes lashes are significantly shorter, smaller and wonky ! In her defense my natural lashes may have been damaged as I advised her I wear glue on strips often. She did say they would be slightly shorter but she ensured with the volume they would be dark & pop . I expected at least some layering being a volume set. I should have spoke up but I was uncomfortable with all their conversation and shared personal stories I know salons are gossipy but she just didn’t seem to be all that focused on my extensions application. She was chatting the whole time and the process took under an hour . It just seemed rushed and unfinished. I should have looked into her style more and looked at reviews and photos before my appointment. she did explain things to me well as far as taking care of the extensions and what brand she was using. Overall I’m glad I got to at least try this salon out and I didn’t break the bank with Groupon discounts . She does well with a very natural look !

It was my first time getting lash extensions but she made my first time a very pleasant experience.

ABBY WAS AMAZING!!! She talked me through all the care I needed for my lashes. They are wonderful and I can’t even tell they are there! Will def be going back for a fill or to redo them 💜

Since I have never had this service before, I was not sure what to expect. It was painless and she did a beautiful job. My lashes look so natural now yet fuller. No need to wear mascara. I will definitely repeat this service.
