The massage was short and no where near as good as many I've had. The young lady was personable. The 2nd lady didn't massage my scalp as advertised, I had been looking forward to that. I did not like how she styled my hair, and she didn't get all of the conditioner rinsed out. It felt blah and rather icky. She was personable at least.
