Had an awful experience. Kristine was my stylist. She was making very racist comments about Mexicans. Also, my "highlights" she gave me were blonde stringy and thick streaks in my medium dark brown hair. I asked for more balayage and blended highlights with blonde on the end. The highlights did not even touch my scalp or close to my roots. When she was done it looked grown out. Manager did nothing

This is very untrue. You loved it when you walked out the door. not sure what changed. and the part of being racist is very untrue seeing how my daughter is Mexican. Nice try trying to get a free service. Some people work for their money.
