This was the worst experience I have had with Groupon. The lady was very overbearing and pushy with recommending additional services. I had a facial...she must not have washed her hands...her hands smelled of cigarette, which made for a very unpleasant facial. Her prices were unreasonable. The location was undesirable. I would not recommend this place.

The only thing I would have liked to have had was either a heated bed or blanket as I stayed cold almost the entire time which didn't allow me to fully relax. I would also suggest that you find a way to have the massage lotion warmed so that the masseuse doesn't have to rub it in her hands every time to warm it, as it is loud and takes away from the quite, calm atmosphere in the room. These are just some suggestions, I did enjoy my experience and will plan to visit again. Thank you!
