My son and his friends went to use this Groupon today and this place is shut down...for good! How do I get a refund and WHY are they still selling tickets??

A great day trip for kids! Incredible creatives from all over the world! Great staff who really catered to the kids and knew their facts. Very impressed with the knowledge and expertise of the tour guide.

My family had a very good time there. The staff were very nice and friendly. They have various of interesting and rare animals. The animals look healthy and active. The explanation was very informative and interesting. We would definitely go there again.
