Terrible customer service, felt as if I was a bother to them. When they found out I was using a Groupon coupon, things got worse..like I was paying them with Monopoly money, just because I was getting a discount? Would not recommend them to anyone.

Took forever to get our furniture.. 3 weeks.. very unprofessional.. over promised time of delivery. I waited for phone calls and I ended up calling them to get my furniture ordered not that the receipts meant anything. Worst retail experience ever and I worked in retail

I went on Oct 22, 2011 to redeem my coupon. Atlantic Bedding and Furniture of Charlotte did not have the item I wanted although it was on their website. They said they would have it in the following Wednesday Oct 26. I luckily called ahead on that Wednesday and didn't make the 30 minute drive to pick it up because the item was not even there. The employee told me to wait until next Wed Nov 2. I called on Nov 2nd and they told me they would call back they never did I called again today Nov 5th and they told me they would research and call me back. Again they did not call I would really like my money so I can go buy furniture somewhere else. The same thing is happening to another person I recommended to buy the Groupon. We both would like our money back.

We love our new sofa! The salesmen that helped us were so kind, no pressure, very straightforward. We plan on going back for a loveseat... we've already shared our experience with our friends and neighbor.
