They do it slowly so they can't complete the house and they tried to leave 30 min early. So you have to step up and say something or they will take advantage of that. But the cleaning itself was great.
I will say that they didn't know I had someone who was fluent in Spanish and the older woman was not very nice using her native tongue.
I really did like the service and the house was clean!

Well, since you *asked* here is my feedback: I purchased a Groupon which offered 3 cleaning people for 2 hours = 6 cleaning hours. When they arrived, I told them they only need to do ONE FLOOR of my house, the first floor, which has a family room, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and a large, nearly empty rec room. As they were leaving, they said they "didn't have time" to clean the kitchen, so that was left completely untouched. In addition, they did not clean a single floor in any room anywhere. I don't mean they didn't clean it well, I mean they did not touch it at all. I have never heard of a housecleaning that did not include damp mopping the floors. It was so ridiculously bad, I didn't even call them to complain. I don't want them back in my house.

Had to call many times for scheduling. I used the online schedule, no conformation, and the appointment day came and gone, and no call/email nothing. Tried again, still nothing. Finally, contacted Groupon and they contacted them and Maid to Please replied and scheduled the appointment. They came on time and did an Okay job, won't use them again, or recommend them.
p.s. Groupon is like an advertisement, and you get guarantied clients compare to coupon books where it goes to recycle, so be ready to fulfill the voucher. If they'd done a good job, I'd called them back.

I wasn't satisfied with their work. They just wanted to finish things quickly. They did not do good cleaning work. We had to ask them to clean lamps n other things which actually they are supposed to by them selves. Even after asking them to clean certain things they didn't do it and left and that too 20 mins early. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
