Poppy and Plum specializes in eyebrows with over 15 years experience. Not all Microblade artists are created equal! Brow Designer, Pam Dougall has a background in design before beginning a career in skincare and facial tattooing. In 2001, Pam had her initial trading in permanent cosmetics and more recently has completed training on Microblading, Color Theory and Instrumentation. Other services offered include permanent eyeliner, lip liner and fill, Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peels, Facials, Brow Wax and Tint.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
As an Esthetician and Permanent Makeup Artist, Pam Dougall has been enhancing women’s brows for over 15 years. When the newest technique of Microblading, also known as Micro Feathering was introduced into the United States, Pam knew that this was every woman’s answer to having natural looking beautiful brows without drawing them on.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the big smiles of delight that our clients have when they look in the mirror and see their beautiful brows.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Clients repeatedly will say, “Why did I wait so long?”
