They paint cupcakes in cloud-like buttercream and drizzle salted caramel on top. Cake pops are dipped in chocolate sauce and nuts to achieve a satisfying crunch, and carrot cheesecake is blended with fresh-sliced carrots for an expert balance of flavors. To make their confections look as good as they taste, the bakers also add artful touches, from rings of rosettes on towering layer cakes to gold edible glitter on top of pink-heart shaped brownies.
