What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Thomas FItness is a husband and wife team. We are Certified through the International Association of FItness Science. We offer a variety of products: Personal training, Online training, meal plans and workouts. Our overall concept is to teach individuals how to make fitness a lifestyle change.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our program is catered to the needs of each individual client. We start with an initial assessment to find out what the clients level of fitness is, what dietary restrictions they may have and we design a program around that. They are motivated through the self pace in which the program works.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We are bodybuilding competitors through the National Physique Committee. Through extensive training and research, we understand how important it is to make overall fitness and health a lifestyle change. We want to show what has made us successful.

What do you love most about your job?
When individuals meet their fitness goals and a year later, they are still excited and living the same healthy lifestyle!
