What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

The Stockton Yoga Center offers a variety of styles of yoga for students of any level. The center was founded on the Sivandanda tradition which offers a full-practice. We also offer Vinyasa flow, Iyengar inspired open yoga, gentle restorative, kids yoga and pre-natal yoga. Instructors are well trained and offer a personalized approach for students.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

I was honored to continue and expand Stockton's first Yoga studio. I was interested in offering a variety of styles suited for all levels.

What do you love most about your job?

I enjoy offering students a well balanced class including breath, poses, philosophy and proper alignment. I believe that we offer students a full-practice addressing the eight limbs of Yoga and designing classes to meet the needs of our students.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

The best compliment that we have received is that students discover who yoga benefits them on all three levels; mind, body and spirit.
