Hayley is very skilled at waxing and works quickly. Still painful, but at least it is over quicker. This time around, I felt rushed, as she had another appointment at the same time. She should have changed one of ours to a different time. The only real negative for me would be her messy wax room; it's too small to have storage in it, and she needs to vacuum.
