I have done several escape rooms. all four in the party found the clues very difficult to follow and response time if help was needed was slow. I found this one lacking relative to others I have done.

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. The owner is not the least bit helpful with groupons. Do NOT buy a groupon for this place, but more importantly, don’t go to this place. Save yourself the hassle. The owner is rude and when I called her out on it, she said it was her store and she could talk to me anyway she wants. There was just no reason for the mistreatment; her business was empty.

The gentleman that greeted us was very helpful and friendly. He explained enough to help our experience be very entertaining. He also helped in recommending a different room since this was everybody's first experience in an escape room. I would highly recommend the Confined Escape Room in Strongsville!
